You don't like an item from your order after all?

Too bad, but no problem! If the item is unused and in original condition, you have 20 days to return it to us. Please note that out of consideration for our environment and Mother Earth, we do not cover the cost of returns. We would like to raise awareness for delivery methods and thus minimise the number of returns.

Returns from abroad are also not free of charge. Import and delivery charges are at your expense and are non-refundable.

How to make a return:

Please fill out the return form, which is attached to the shipping confirmation as a PDF. Please enter one of the return reasons for the product you wish to return

For the sake of sustainability, please make sure not to damage the product, repack it in its original packaging and CAREFULLY close the package for smooth shipping!

You can now hand in your returned parcel at a parcel shop of your choice. For your own safety, please keep the return receipt until we have confirmed your return.

All confirmed returns will be refunded to the original purchase price using the original payment method within 10 working days.

RETURN GUIDELINES / RETURNS

The right of return only applies to unworn and faultless products and these must have the original intact inner labels. In addition, returned products must be returned in the original dust bag and polybag provided.
